These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the rogoto platform and constitute a legally binding agreement between you and rogoto. Please read them carefully before creating an account or placing any wagers.

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:
You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account with rogoto and use our services. By registering, you confirm and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement and that you are legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction of residence.
rogoto primarily serves users located in Indonesia. You represent and warrant that your use of the Platform does not violate any laws or regulations applicable to you. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your participation in online gambling via rogoto is lawful in your jurisdiction. rogoto makes no representations regarding the legality of the Platform in any specific jurisdiction and does not provide legal advice.
To create an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, and residential address. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes during your use of the Platform.
Each individual may hold only one (1) active rogoto account. Creating multiple accounts (also known as "duplicate accounts" or "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. rogoto reserves the right to close duplicate accounts, void all associated wagers, and forfeit any balances without prior notice.
The following categories of persons are prohibited from registering or using a rogoto account:
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your rogoto account username, password, and any other security credentials. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you will be held liable for all transactions, wagers, and account actions performed using your credentials.
If you suspect that your account has been compromised or accessed without your authorization, you must notify rogoto immediately via live chat or email at [email protected]. rogoto will investigate and may temporarily suspend your account pending resolution.
rogoto is committed to preventing fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. As part of our regulatory and security obligations, we require all users to complete KYC verification before processing their first withdrawal. KYC verification involves submission of:
KYC review is typically completed within 24 to 72 hours of document submission. rogoto reserves the right to request additional verification at any time, including for accounts with high turnover or unusual transaction patterns. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 days may result in account suspension and forfeiture of balances.
rogoto strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account for enhanced security. 2FA requires a time-based one-time password (TOTP) generated by an authenticator app (e.g., Google Authenticator, Authy) in addition to your password when logging in. While 2FA is optional, rogoto will not be liable for unauthorized access to accounts that have not enabled 2FA where such access could have been prevented by its use.
rogoto supports deposits via the following payment channels:
All deposits are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts; VIP-tier members may negotiate higher limits with their account manager.
Deposits made via supported Indonesian banks and e-wallets are typically credited to your rogoto account balance within 60 seconds of successful payment confirmation. In rare cases involving bank system delays or manual verification requirements, deposits may take up to 15 minutes to reflect in your account. If your deposit has not been credited within 30 minutes, contact rogoto support immediately with your transaction reference number.
rogoto does not charge any fees for deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose transaction fees or service charges independent of rogoto. You are responsible for any such third-party fees. rogoto cannot refund or reimburse fees charged by external payment providers.
All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own legal name. Deposits from third-party bank accounts, e-wallets, or payment instruments not owned by you are strictly prohibited. rogoto reserves the right to reject such deposits, void associated wagers, and return funds to the source account. Repeated attempts to deposit from third-party sources may result in permanent account closure.
You may request a withdrawal of your available account balance at any time, subject to completion of KYC verification and fulfillment of any active bonus wagering requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. There is no maximum withdrawal limit per transaction for verified accounts.
Withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by rogoto support due to technical constraints. This policy is enforced to prevent money laundering and fraud.
rogoto processes the majority of withdrawal requests to BCA and BRI accounts within 5 to 20 minutes during peak WIB business hours (07:00–22:00 WIB). Withdrawals requested during off-peak hours may take up to 60 minutes. First-time withdrawals require KYC identity verification, which may add 30 to 60 minutes to the initial request.
Withdrawals to other supported banks (BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, Bank Permata) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are typically processed within 15 to 45 minutes, subject to KYC completion.
rogoto does not charge withdrawal fees for the first three (3) withdrawals per calendar month. Additional withdrawals within the same month are subject to a flat administrative fee of Rp 5.000 per transaction. VIP-tier members enjoy unlimited fee-free withdrawals as part of their tier benefits.
rogoto reserves the right to delay or reject withdrawal requests under the following circumstances:
If your withdrawal is delayed beyond the standard processing time, rogoto will contact you via email or SMS with an explanation and estimated resolution timeframe.
rogoto offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are voluntary and require explicit opt-in at the time of deposit or via the promotions page. You are not obligated to accept any bonus.
Each bonus is governed by specific terms and conditions displayed on the promotion detail page. These terms include eligibility criteria, wagering requirements, maximum bet limits, game restrictions, expiration dates, and withdrawal conditions. You must read and understand the full bonus terms before opting in.
Most bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also known as "rollover" or "playthrough" requirements). A wagering requirement specifies the total amount you must wager before bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements at rogoto typically range from 1x to 10x the bonus amount, depending on the promotion type.
For example, a Rp 100.000 bonus with a 5x wagering requirement means you must place a total of Rp 500.000 in qualifying wagers before the bonus and any associated winnings become withdrawable. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution rates are specified in the bonus terms (e.g., slots may contribute 100%, while live casino games may contribute 10%).
While an active bonus is in play, you are typically subject to a maximum bet limit per spin or per round. This limit is usually set at Rp 25.000 per wager unless otherwise stated in the bonus terms. Exceeding the maximum bet limit may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

Once a wager is accepted and confirmed in your account history, it is considered final and cannot be cancelled or amended by you. rogoto may void wagers retrospectively if evidence of rule violations emerges.

Upon account closure, any remaining balance may be forfeited if the closure is due to fraud or material breach. If the closure is voluntary or for non-fraudulent reasons, your balance will be returned to you after deduction of any applicable fees, pending wagers, or bonus forfeitures.
You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that losses are an inherent part of betting and gaming activities. rogoto provides the Platform and associated services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rogoto, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for:
In any event, rogoto's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you deposited into your rogoto account during the six (6) months preceding the claim.
rogoto shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms if such failure or delay is due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, government action, labor disputes, network failures, or cyber-attacks.
If you have a complaint or dispute regarding your account, a wager settlement, a payment issue, or any other matter related to rogoto, you agree to first attempt to resolve the issue informally by contacting rogoto support via live chat or email at [email protected]. Our support team will investigate your complaint and respond within 48 to 72 hours with a resolution or explanation.
If the initial support response does not resolve your complaint to your satisfaction, you may escalate the matter by submitting a formal written complaint to [email protected]. rogoto's compliance and dispute resolution team will review the escalated complaint and issue a final decision within 14 business days.
rogoto's decision on all matters relating to wagers, settlements, bonuses, and account actions is final and binding unless proven to be the result of manifest error.
If you remain dissatisfied with rogoto's final decision, you may have the option to refer the matter to an independent third-party dispute resolution service or ombudsman, subject to the availability of such services under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction and rogoto's licensing framework.
You may close your rogoto account at any time by contacting support and requesting account closure. Before processing closure, rogoto will settle any pending wagers, process any outstanding withdrawals, and deduct any applicable fees. Closure requests are typically processed within 48 hours.
If you have an active self-exclusion in place under rogoto's Responsible Gaming program, your account will remain closed for the duration of the self-exclusion period and cannot be reopened early.
Accounts with no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months are classified as inactive. rogoto reserves the right to charge a monthly administrative fee of Rp 10.000 on inactive accounts with a remaining balance. If the account balance is insufficient to cover the fee, the account will be closed and any remaining micro-balance forfeited.
rogoto may close your account involuntarily if you breach these Terms, fail to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe, or if continued operation of your account poses a risk to rogoto or other users. Upon involuntary closure, rogoto will attempt to return your balance minus any amounts owed, disputed, or subject to investigation.
rogoto reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to users via email, SMS, or prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the changes take effect.
The most current version of these Terms is always available on the rogoto website at https://rogoto.cam/terms-conditions. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
These Terms and Conditions, and any disputes arising out of or related to your use of the rogoto platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which rogoto is licensed and operates. The application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded.
By agreeing to these Terms, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the jurisdiction of rogoto's licensing authority for the resolution of any disputes that cannot be resolved through informal negotiation or alternative dispute resolution.
Indonesian Users: You acknowledge that rogoto operates as an offshore platform and that online gambling regulations in Indonesia are subject to ongoing legal interpretation. rogoto makes no representation regarding the legality of online gambling under Indonesian law, and you accept full responsibility for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with all applicable local laws.
